Kinekt Design proudly presents our very first digital animation, “fabriKation,” which introduces our character K. to the world.
To catch a glimpse of a factory fueled by imagination, please view our video.
Kinekt Design is giving away a set of Twitter icons, iPhone wallpapers, and desktop wallpapers designed by the amazing animator/VJ, Motomichi Nakamura! Moto and I will be collaborating on quite a few projects together and we thought it’d be nice to offer some freebies to our website visitors.
Moto’s style is minimal in nature, but also playful and fun like a video game. Because of my infatuation with minimalism and 8 bit graphics, his work really resonates with me. I hope you enjoy his work as much as I do and please feel free to download the digital content.
Come back and visit us often as we’ll be offering more Motomichi creations quite soon!

In this section, you will find five instrumental electronic music tracks that either Ben Mullins or I have composed over the past few years. These songs are very meaningful to me as we put a lot of careful consideration and time into each one. As is my style, the songs are fun and playful. Please enjoy them!
Builder – This track was composed and eventually licensed by Toyota for their national campaign, Moving Forward. I came up with the idea for this micro-tune as I thought of building blocks. Minimal and melodic in nature, it’s a good song to whistle along to.
Beeptweek – This track was originally a simple loop that I developed into a complete track. My goal was to make the parts as clean and as elegant as possible.
Ghosts/Drifting – This track was composed shortly after I had worked on Builder. The idea was to create a listener-friendly electronic song that could get heads nodding without being played in a club environment.
Mosquitomaps – Here’s another example of a fun and playful track. It was composed to accompany a character property. It is one of my personal favorites.
