Refunds & Exchanges

What if I ordered the wrong size? May I send it back for a size exchange?

We are no longer offering the service of exchange. 

What is your refund/return policy?

We are not accepting returns or offering refunds at this time. 
 

How will I know when you receive my returned package for an exchange?

If you want to ensure that we've received your package, purchase postage including delivery confirmation so that you can track the package on your own. We are NOT able to track the return package for you. Once we receive your package, it takes approximately 1-2 business days to process the request.

For exchanges, you will receive an email notification (to the email address you provided on your Exchange Form) as soon as we prepare your package to ship.
